Captain Hurly is a seasoned U.S.C.G Captain and has over 39 years
in the safety world working as a Lieutenant Paramedic Firefighter (Ret.), International Flight Paramedic, Master Scuba Diver Trainer, and Diver/Sailboat Captain. Although this "Yankee" Comes from
the highlands of NY he's been navigating the Gulf Coast
waters of the Tampa Bay area since 1991
